specializing in AI-enhanced software solutions for the international donor community and other global
markets. One of our key offerings, QuadraEdge.LMS, is a versatile Learning Management
System designed to support effective training, knowledge-sharing, and skill-building across multiple
sectors.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Learning Designer & Training Content Creator who will be instrumental
in expanding the usability and value of QuadraEdge.LMS. This role combines pedagogical
expertise with content development skills, ensuring our platform offers tailored learning experiences
that resonate with clients’ specific needs.
You will work closely with our product team, clients, and subject-matter experts to produce curricula
that fill knowledge gaps, achieve targeted learning outcomes, and utilize the most appropriate
instructional methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth research, consultations, and interviews
with clients to identify knowledge gaps and skill deficits.
- Curriculum Design & Development: Define clear learning outcomes, develop
comprehensive curricula outlines, and select effective instructional modes (e.g., blended learning,
micro-learning modules).
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality learning materials (presentations, eLearning
modules, videos, quizzes) tailored for QuadraEdge.LMS.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with subject-matter experts and product owners;
gather feedback from clients and refine materials accordingly.
- Platform Enhancement: Work with the QuadraEdge.LMS team to propose improvements that
optimize user experience and integrate emerging educational trends.
- Quality Assurance & Evaluation: Develop assessment tools, monitor learner progress,
and use feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Knowledge Sharing & Capacity Building: Train internal and external stakeholders on
effective curriculum delivery; contribute to best practices and knowledge repositories.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
(Master’s preferred).
- Professional Experience: 3+ years in curriculum design, educational content creation,
or instructional design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate,
Captivate) and multimedia editing software. Familiarity with QuadraEdge.LMS or similar platforms is a plus.
- Analytical & Soft Skills: Strong research and communication skills to diagnose client
needs and present clear, compelling content. Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
